Incubate

Chicken Incubation Dialogue

Once you have learned the Animal Husbandry skill, you can ask a chicken to incubate a seasoned egg from your inventory. The chicken will sit down while incubating the egg. If it does not sit down, click on the chicken and close the menu without selecting, it should then sit.

It then takes a minute to incubate that egg. If you change location while the chicken is incubating the egg, the incubation action will cease & the egg will be lost.

The chicken will produce a baby animal (A piglet, chick or caterpillar) which will appear in your inventory.
